1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or subscribing to EQYERA (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EQYERA provides access to digital stock screening data and technical market analysis notes on a subscription basis. We do not provide brokerage services, trade execution, or fund management.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing account access with third parties or unauthorized distribution of published screener data is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring or fixed-duration basis as selected during checkout. Access to premium momentum data is granted immediately upon server-side payment verification via Razorpay.

5. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, analyses, notes, software, graphics, and trademarks are the intellectual property of EQYERA. No content may be reproduced, broadcasted, or resold without prior written consent.

6. Modifications & Termination

EQYERA reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Violation of terms may result in account termination without refund.
